Logo design for a campaign to raise the student voice in college affordability. The first round of concepts either evoked outrage or irreverence. I wanted to create iconography that would work separately. Ultimately, I decided on an expressive, hand-written type. It conveys youth, urgency, a bit of anarchy. I mixed two different graffiti-style typefaces, emphasized the “i” as a human figure raising their hand. Then added a circle to encase letterforms.
